After an extensive search and evaluation, they made the decision to purchase Eureka G-code from Roboris, Srl
From their Clover, SC manufacturing facility they utilize extensive CADCAM & CNC machining capabilities for the production of their high quality products. In 2018 they began researching software solutions that would verify their CADCAM systems G-code programs and eliminate program errors prior to running production on their CNC machines. After an extensive search and evaluation, they made the decision to purchase Eureka G-code from Roboris, Srl
Bill Bracken, Sr. Mfg. Engineer said:“The main reasons we went with Eureka was the ease of use and functionality with the dual path control we saw during the demos along with the cost compared to the other software packages we looked at.”
Since implementing Eureka software, PFC Brakes has virtually eliminated CNC program errors, significantly improved quality and reduced scrap.
Bill Bracken added: “Eureka software has allowed us to go straight to production on new parts without having to tie up the machine proving out our programs. This would usually take a few hours per part. This has been very beneficial as we are moving 100’s of parts to this new cell”
As for Eureka’s technical support? “Technical support was very good as we were building the machine in the software and creating the post to mimic our exact machine. We had a lot of information going back and forth and the replies and fixes were normally taken care of very quickly.”
